Technopolymer wheels

Technopolymer wheels and castors available with fixed or turning plate according to the material and aim: steel plate for medium-heavy loads with a dynamic range of up to 7300N, welded steel for heavy loads with a dynamic range of up to 9000N and AISI 304 stainless steel for applications requiring resistance to frequent cleaning.

The material of the wheel body makes it ideal to be used in presence of humidity and chemical agents. Elesa+Ganter industrial wheels are available with or without brakes. The stainless steel variant is ideal for use in regulated segments where the use of corrosion-resistant materials is mandatory. Cast polyurethane generally has good elasticity characteristics combined with medium-high levels of mechanical resistance to compression and traction. The treads of the plastic industrial wheels exhibit excellent resistance to wear and tear. A selection of technopolymer wheels, ideal for use in humid environments even in the presence of highly aggressive chemical agents for handling on smooth surfaces.
