Description

Specifically developed to work with the entire 1873 Gripper plastic chain family, this roller chain delivers exceptional strength and durability, with a breaking load of 27.5 kN. The enhanced total elongation improves ductility, while outstanding resistance to cyclic stress ensures consistent performance in high-frequency applications. Controlled elastic behavior reduces impact on guides, sliders, and plastic components, extending the overall system’s lifespan. Muscle roller chain is engineered for frequent washdowns, high humidity, and thermal variations, and it’s ideal for critical industrial settings such as food processing and packaging. The special anti-corrosion coating ensures reliable operation even in the presence of moderate chemicals, delivering hygiene, effifficiency, and long-lasting performance. Muscle roller chain is also compatible with all Movex plastic chains with 19.05 mm pitch (3/4”, imperial standard) and equivalent dimensional characteristics.
