Elesa+Ganter offers a wide range of industrial hinges. One family are the so called hinges with electrical safety switch. These can be considered as safety devices, because in case of accidental opening of doors, machine protections, or safety doors on machines and production equipment, they automatically break off the power supply hence protecting the operators
Hinges with safety switch can be applied on the most common aluminium profiles and are suitable for frequent cleaning operations, due to the IP67 protection degree and the use of stainless steel inserts for closing the hinge body. Hinges with integrated safety switch are available in zinc die casting, stainless steel and SUPER-technopolymer.
